3. Client Commitment
Clients are expected to be committed to their own growth and development and to actively participate in the coaching or consulting process. Clients are responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results. As such, the client agrees that the coach or consultant is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by NEXXT-step.
 
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are due at the time of service booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment schedules and specific terms will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. Late payments may result in interruption or cancellation of services. Payments are non-refundable  after three days of making the payment.
 
5. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may incur a fee as detailed in our service agreement.
 
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during consulting and coaching sessions, including but not limited to documents, presentations, workbooks, and advice, are proprietary and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without the explicit written consent of NEXXT-step Consulting & Coaching Services.
 
7. Confidentiality
NEXXT-step Consulting & Coaching Services commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and communications as part of the consulting and coaching relationship. This commitment extends to all records and sessions, except as required by law.
 
8. Limitation of Liability
NEXXT-step Consulting & Coaching Services, its coaches, consultants, employees, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the services or any information provided by the coach or consultant.
 
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which NEXXT-step Consulting & Coaching Services is primarily based, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
 
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes.

NEXXT-Business

1. Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the relationship between NEXXT-step Consulting & Coaching Services ("the Company") and its clients in relation to the provision of HR consulting services, including recruitment, staffing, and payroll assistance. By engaging the services of the Company, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Recruitment Services: a. The Company specializes in recruiting both local and international candidates for various positions, including seasonal workers, summer camp workers, and independent contractors. b. Clients are required to provide clear job descriptions, qualifications, and other relevant details to facilitate the recruitment process. c. The Company will conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and selection based on the criteria provided by the client. d. While the Company strives to find suitable candidates, it does not guarantee the availability or suitability of any particular candidate.

3. Staffing Services: a. The Company offers staffing solutions for seasonal workers, summer camp workers, and independent contractors based on the client's requirements. b. Staffing assignments may be temporary, seasonal, or project-based, depending on the client's needs. c. Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment and complying with all relevant labor laws and regulations for the duration of the staffing assignment.

4. Payroll Assistance: a. The Company provides payroll assistance for independent contractors, seasonal workers, and temporary workers engaged through its services. b. Payroll services include processing payments, deductions, and tax withholdings in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. c. Clients are responsible for providing accurate time and attendance records to facilitate payroll processing. d. The Company will not be liable for any inaccuracies or delays in payroll processing caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Fees and Payment: a. Clients agree to pay the Company's fees for recruitment, staffing, and payroll assistance services as outlined in the agreed-upon contract or proposal. b. Payment terms, including invoicing schedules and accepted payment methods, will be specified in the contract or proposal. c. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or other penalties as outlined in the contract.

6. Confidentiality: a. The Company and its clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the course of their engagement. b. Confidential information includes but is not limited to candidate resumes, client business plans, financial information, and proprietary data. c. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without the other party's consent, except as required by law.

7. Termination: a. Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice to the other party. b. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay any outstanding fees or expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

Terms and Conditions for Goods Sold by NEXXT-STEM Consulting & Coaching Services

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of goods by NEXXT-STEM Consulting & Coaching Services ("Seller") to you ("Buyer"). By placing an order for goods from Seller, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Return Policy
