No need to Overstay your VISA

Updated: Mar 16, 2023

No need to Run off...

When you enter the United States legally at a Port of Entry, the USCIS allows you a maximum of two VISA extensions if you are on a B1 or B2 visa, which allows you a maximum of six (6) months to visit. This means, you can apply for an additional six (6) months before this time expires and another six (6) months after.

Many persons enter the United States and need a little more time to conclude their affairs before returning to their home country and end up violating their Visa by over staying (Running Off). This tragedy is avoidable. A Licensed Immigration Lawyer can help you with getting your stay extended or you can do it yourself (DIY). For those who choose the DIY route and need assistance, we will be more than happy to assist. Don't go out of status, it can be consequential.
